As some of you know, we've shifted our focus toward digital wellness. This is a natural outgrowth of the work we've done over the past three years to help individuals and teams use technology to improve their lives and support their productivity. Now, we are leading with the digital wellness strategies that will help founders and small teams make sure that their use of technology supports the life and career they are trying to build. This month, identify one digital tool that positively contributes to your wellbeing and one that possibly undermines it. Share your thoughts!
