Digital Wellbeing is all about how we maintain a balance in our lives while using digital technology.  It's important to ensure that our use of technology doesn’t negatively impact our overall health. Making small adjustments can help you feel more balanced.

Practical Tips for Digital Balance

During the class, we discuss several practical tips to improve our digital balance:

  1. Do Not Disturb: Use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ feature on your devices during work hours or when you need to focus.

  2. Reduce Notifications: Limit the number of notifications you receive from non-essential apps.

  3. Bedtime Routine: Establish a routine that encourages relaxation and reduces screen time before bed.

  4. Limit Icons: Reduce the number of icons on your screen to avoid clutter and distraction.

  5. Go Outside: Spend time outside to boost your creativity and improve your sleep.
